From the first sales call to our last close out meeting with operations, our experience with Pelican was first rate and very enjoyable. Yes – enjoyable. Their communication throughout the process was spot on. I never had a question regarding what was happening the next day or week because they were constantly reaching out to provide updates. I was not oversold in the process – they did everything they had communicated perfectly. We love our pool and enclosure and would highly recommend Pelican to anyone considering a pool. Oh – forgot to mention they started construction earlier than we discussed and were done in 5 weeks!
