Experience Exceeded Expectations
We recently had a fiberglass pool installed by Pelican Pools, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The pool itself was installed in approximately 14 days, and the full project including the screen enclosure was completed in just over three weeks.
Matt, who I worked with directly throughout the process, was outstanding. He was consistently attentive, communicative, and proactive. Anytime an issue or unexpected situation came upwhich can happen with any construction project Matt reached out immediately, explained the situation clearly, and already had a solution in place. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and fairly.
The level of communication and follow-through made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Pelican Pools to anyone considering a fiberglass pool installation.
