10/10! Pelican Pools exceeded our expectations from beginning to end!

I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pelican Pools. From the very beginning, their patience and detailed explanations throughout the sales process made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. Communication leading up to the installation was fantastic, and they were even able to move our delivery date up and get us in a little sooner, which was an unexpected bonus we really appreciated!

The installation crew deserves a review of their own. I have hired many contractors for many different projects over the years, and this was hands down the best crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Seamless.

They installed our pool in the middle of a hot Florida summer, yet they arrived on time every single day, exactly when they said they would. They worked consistently until their scheduled lunch break and then got right back to it in the afternoon until well into the evening. Every single person on the crew was kind, courteous, hardworking, and treated our home and property with an incredible amount of respect and care.

One small thing really sums up the kind of people they are. On trash days, they noticed our bins at the street and brought them back up to the house for us. Obviously, that had absolutely nothing to do with installing our pool. They simply saw something that needed to be done while they were walking by and took care of it. It may seem like a small thing, but I think it says so much about the kind of people they have working for them and the business that they run.

And most importantly, THE POOL IS FANTASTIC! The workmanship and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The finished product is beautiful and the quality of their work shows everywhere you look.

Pelican Pools showed their professionalism, quality, and genuine care at every step of the process. From sales and scheduling to the incredible installation crew, we had a fantastic experience.

I will recommend Pelican Pools to absolutely anyone who will listen. If you are considering a pool, give them a call!
