Pelican Pools just completed the installation of our fiberglass pool and patio for us and we are thrilled with the results! The project was completed on time, even with 2 named storms, and on budget – not one change order was issued even though we tweaked things along the way. Every person with Pelican Pools was responsive and helpful – from Carrie in the office, Dylan in sales and Mat, Justin and Lous in the field. From day 1 it was clear the amount of pride they take in their work and that client service was paramount. They were communicative with us, and our neighbors, to provide piece of mind that it would be a quick schedule with few disruptions to traffic etc. We have heard nightmares about pool companies in the neighborhood, so we made sure to perform our due diligence with references, and every customer sang their praises – now we know why!
